Apex Point St Cloud Sunrooms provides sunroom installation, patio enclosures, screen rooms, pergolas, and related outdoor structure services. We offer consultations, custom design, professional installation, repairs, and maintenance services for residential properties.
All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and the specific terms outlined in individual project contracts or estimates. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for all potential projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and are based on the information provided at the time of consultation. Prices may change if project specifications, materials, or site conditions differ from the original assessment.
Final pricing will be confirmed in a written contract before work begins. All prices include labor, materials, and standard installation unless otherwise specified. Additional fees may apply for permit acquisition, site preparation, or special material requests.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules and methods will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit upon contract signing, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your contract. Work may be suspended if payment terms are not met according to the agreed-upon schedule.
Project Timeline and Scheduling
We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe provided in your contract. However, project timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions.
We will communicate any significant delays promptly. Your cooperation in providing site access and making timely decisions is essential for keeping your project on schedule.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. All installations come with a workmanship warranty as specified in your contract. Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties, which vary by product and will be provided at the time of installation.
Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications. To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow all care and maintenance instructions provided.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that our crew has clear access to the work site during scheduled installation times. This includes moving furniture, decorations, or other items that may interfere with the work area.
You must disclose any known issues with your property that could affect the installation, including structural concerns, underground utilities, or homeowner association restrictions. You are also responsible for obtaining any necessary approvals from homeowner associations or community boards.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, property damage not directly caused by our work, or personal injury not resulting from our negligence.
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our business operations. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your project at any time before work begins, subject to the cancellation terms outlined in your contract. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or significant planning work has been completed.
If we need to cancel your project, we will provide a full refund of any payments made. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel contracts if we determine that the project cannot be completed safely or satisfactorily.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Individual project contracts take precedence over these general terms for the specific services covered by that contract.
